Who we are
Founded by Nuria Lorena Blanco Rubio, Torrados Investments LLC benefits from its extensive international experience. Born in Madrid in 1974, Nuria has worked in the information technology (IT) sector with renowned companies such as LG, HP, and Dell Technologies. However, her true passion has always been home renovation, a field in which she has been involved for over 20 years in Spain and Dubai.
In Spain, Nuria managed the renovation of five properties, transforming them into functional and valuable spaces by using recycled materials and sustainable design techniques, benefiting both the community and the market. She also developed a single-family home built to the highest energy efficiency standards, achieving an "A" energy certification. In Dubai, she led an interior renovation project, currently in the process of sale, with plans to reinvest in new opportunities in the United States. This international experience in quality and sustainability forms one of the fundamental pillars of Torrados Investments LLC's business strategy.
